However, it is possible to skip this diet from time to time and give yourself a certain tribute with a series of dishes that are healthy for your body. Take good note of the following menus that you can prepare once a week and that you can taste without regrets.
3 dishes to avoid the diet without feeling bad about it
–Seafood rice. To make this delicious dish you will need 300 gr. of rice, 1 kg of mussels, 1/2 kg of clams, virgin olive oil, 4 prawns, 4 small squid, 1 lemon, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic and salt. Take a clay pot and heat some olive oil. Add the onion, chopped teeth and tomato. Sauté everything over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the rice and stir gently. Add a liter of hot water and add the saffron along with the squid. Let cook for about 20 minutes and a couple of minutes before finishing add the prawns along with the mussels. Remove from heat and enjoy this delicious seafood dish.
–Tortilla sacromonte. To prepare the sacromonte omelette you will need 150 grams of lamb brains, 150 grams of lamb criadillas, 6 eggs and olive oil. First you must clean and blanch the criadillas and lamb brains, for this you must boil in a saucepan along with boiling water, a couple of bay leaves and a splash of white wine. Then you must sauté the lamb in a pan with a little oil. Beat the eggs and add the lamb. Add everything to a pan until it sets perfectly and you can enjoy this wonderful sacromonte omelette.
–Rice pudding. If you want to repair a healthy rice pudding you will need 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk, 150 grams of rice, 125 grams of sugar, a piece of lemon peel, a piece of orange peel, half a branch of cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon. Heat a liter of milk along with the lemon peel, orange peel and cinnamon stick. When everything starts to boil, add the rice and let it simmer for about 20 minutes while stirring at any time. Then add the sugar and continue simmering for about 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and peels and serve in a bowl along with some ground cinnamon.
