5 healthy dishes to eat in the office
1 Potato salad. It is a very simple dish to make and is perfect to take in summer. Boil 3 medium potatoes and let cool under the tap stream. Beat again until you get the long-awaited gazpacho.
3 Eggs stuffed with crab. Cook 3 eggs in a pot along with a little salt. Once cold, cut in half and add the yolks to a bowl along with 150 grams of surimi, a chopped chives, parsley, oil and a tablespoon of Greek yogurt. Recall everything well until it forms a homogeneous mass. Fill the eggs and put in the fridge for an hour.
4 Cold pea cream with ham. It is an exquisite dish and very simple to make. Fry the slices of ham in a pan without oil and set aside. Boil the 200 grams of peas for about ten minutes and add to a bowl along with Greek yogurt, 60 grams of mascarpone cheese, two cloves of garlic, a glass of water and salt and pepper. Beat everything well until you get the cream and put in the fridge. Put a roll of ham on top and enjoy this refreshing dish.
5Lemon sorbet. It is a really refreshing dessert that you can make without any problem. Take a bowl and add the juice of two lemons along with 6 natural yogurts, 4 lemon yogurts, two tablespoons of condensed milk and the grated skin of a lemon. Stir everything well and put in the fridge until it is very cold.
