Personnel. This type of diet should not be general but specific and individualized to each type of person. Food must be adapted to the physical needs of each individual.

– Sure. This diet must be free of toxic elements that can harm the food itself and the health of the individual himself. It must consist of natural and fresh products that help the person to lead a healthy lifestyle and without any excesses. 

Enough. This healthy diet must cover all the needs of the person and provide a sufficient amount of energy so that the body can carry out its day to day without problems.
