The ingredients you will need for this first dish of cream with clams are two bunches of garlic, twelve clams, 1/2 kg of potatoes, two onions, 750 ml of vegetable broth, olive oil, basil leaves, salt and pepper. First heat a little oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions, potatoes and garlic.

After about 10 minutes, add the vegetable broth and salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Beat everything until you get a soft cream and put the steamed clams on top along with the basil leaves.

To prepare this delicious Christmas main course you need twelve lasagna slices, 24 prawns, a bag of spinach, olive oil, 200 ml of fish broth, dill, salt and pepper. First cook the spinach for about 10 minutes. Drain well and chop them. Reservation. Cook the lasagna slices and drain well.

It is a very simple recipe in which you have to whip the cream along with the sugar. Add the well-ground polvorones and stir gently. Put a couple of hours in the fridge and serve very cold.
