Gluten-free recipes to take to work
+Stuffed eggplants. If you want to make this wonderful dish you will need: an eggplant, 100 grams of minced meat, half an onion, homemade béchamel sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.
First you should cut the eggplant in half and put it in the microwave for about 10 minutes or so. Remove the pulp, chop it and set aside. Then brown the half chopped onion and when you see that it changes color, add the minced meat and salt and pepper to taste. Stir for about 10 minutes and add the eggplant pulp. Finally it only remains to add the homemade béchamel sauce made with flour without glute. Stir a little and fill the eggplants. Put in the oven and au gratin for about 5 minutes.
+Leek cream. To make a delicious gluten-free leek cream you will need: 4 leeks, 2 medium peeled potatoes, 2 tablespoons of oil, half a liter of soy milk, 600 milliliters of water, a vegetable tablet, salt and pepper.
First you should start sautéing the leeks in a little oil until you see that they are tender. Take a pot and add the soy milk along with the water, vegetable pill, leeks and cut potatoes. Let cook until the potatoes are tender. Then beat everything with the mixer, season to taste and let warm another minute. Remove and this wonderful leek cream is ready.
+Salad with goat cheese. To make this salad you need: a roll of goat cheese, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, nuts, raisins, gluten-free bacon, olive oil and Modena vinegar.
First you must take a bowl and add the clean and cut lettuce. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half along with a handful of walnuts and raisins. Add the fried bacon pieces and stir everything well. Then heat the goat cheese roll in the pan and add it to the bowl. It only remains to season with a good splash of oil and Modena vinegar.
