Simple recipes to make at New Year’s
–Marinated salmon rolls. If you want to make a delicious starter, take note of the following ingredients you will need: 250 grams of smoked salmon, two avocados, 50 grams of cheese spread, two tablespoons of soy sauce, dill, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.
First put the pulp of the avocados in a bowl and crush well. Add the lemon juice along with the other ingredients. Mix everything well. Cut the salmon into rectangles and fill with the mixture. Roll the salmon and put them in the fridge until it is time to serve.
–Cognac chicken. As a main course you can make a delicious cognac chicken. You will need 4 chicken breasts, 1 glass of meat broth, a tablespoon of mustard, 1 glass of white wine, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of ketchup, a teaspoon of curry and a glass of cognac. First put salt and pepper to the breasts and fry in a little oil along with the two cloves of garlic.
Reserve the breasts and add the glass of meat broth in a pan along with the mustard, ketchup, white wine and curry. Let it reduce for a few minutes and add the chicken breasts you had reserved. Leave about 5 minutes and add the glass of cognac. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and serve immediately.
–Cava mousse. It is a dessert that will delight all your guests. You need 4 grams of neutral gelatin, 75 grams of cream, 50 grams of cava, two egg whites, 50 grams of icing sugar and raspberries to decorate. First heat the cream along with the sugar until it starts to boil.
Remove from heat and add the gelatin. Stir well and add the cava. Reservation. Meanwhile start whipping the egg whites to the point of snow. Add the egg whites and stir gently so that it integrates perfectly into the mixture. Distribute in individual cups and put in the fridge for about 3 hours. Serve and garnish with raspberries.
