To make this delicious starter you will need: 8 slices of smoked salmon, light cream cheese, dill, a few drops of lemon juice, toast.

First you must take a bowl and add the light cream cheese with dill and drops of lemon juice. Stir everything quite well until you get the base of the toasts. Take 8 slices of toast and spread each with the cream. Put some smoked salmon on top and you have this delicious starter ready.

+Pedro Ximénez sirloin for Valentine’s Day

 

When preparing this magnificent dish with which to surprise your partner you will need: 1 kilo of pork tenderloin in medallions, 1 small onion, half a glass of oil, 180 milliliters of Pedro Ximenez wine, 350 milliliters of chicken broth, 100 grams of whole mushrooms, 50 grams of raisins, salt and pepper.

First you must put the oil in a pan and brown the previously seasoned tenderloins. Reservation. Then you must poach the onion and after the time you must add the wine along with the broth and raisins. Let everything cook for about 10 minutes. Grind everything until you get a sauce. Put back in the pan and add the mushrooms. Let cook for about 5 minutes and incorporate the sirloin medallions. Leave about 5 more minutes for the meat to be impregnated with the whole sauce.

Then crush the sauce with the onion and raisins it had and put it back in the casserole, if you see that it is too thick we can lighten it with a little broth. +Rice pudding mousse for Valentine’s Day

If you want to make a dessert with which to put the icing on the wonderful dinner, take note of the following ingredients: 750 milliliters of soy milk, 100 grams of rice, a cinnamon stick, the skin of a lemon, 50 grams of sugar and 400 milliliters of coconut milk.

The first thing you have to do is add all the ingredients to a pot except sugar and coconut milk. Let it boil and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Stir and add the sugar. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the rice is done. Remove the cinnamon and lemon. Open the can of coconut milk and add the top to the blender glass. Add the rice pudding and beat until you get a kind of mousse. Serve in individual containers and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and this wonderful dessert is ready.
