Your body after times of abuse and lack of control such as Christmas or holidays does not need a DETOX, it needs to return to a good routine. If you don’t have it, it’s time to MARK it.
If you want to stop “PRE-BUSY” the post-Christmas or post-summer, OCÚPATE of the remaining 340 days. The really important thing is not what you do on those days … but what you CAN do the rest of the days of the year. This is up to you.
If you’re thinking about putting a full stop, change your perspective on diets. Make your diet your habit. It is the holidays that should have a specific time and an end date, and not your diet. I’m going to give you some tips to avoid miracle diets, escape from excesses and have a healthy and balanced diet.

+ Start a healthy routine
That adapts to your schedules, your tastes and preferences and your pace of life. Plan the week and manage your time. It’s the most valuable thing we have! Set yourself a real and achievable goal. It is useless to believe that we will get everything in two days and then realize that we failed in the attempt. Go step by step, adapting to new changes. After the first month it will become a routine and everything will be rolled.
+Empty your pantry of “the least healthy.”
Get rid of all the remains of the big feasts. Don’t put obstacles in your way. Choose well what you write on your shopping list and do not leave there. What is not bought, is not eaten. That’s 100% safe.
+Fill your fridge with VEGETABLES
50% of your main meals should be FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND VEGETABLES. The 1/2 of your plate should be VEGETABLES like: fresh spinach, tomato, superfood broccoli, leeks, zucchini, pumpkin, asparagus, eggplant … Choose the ones you like the most. You have variety to get out of lettuce.
+Eat fruit consciously

+Avoid unhealthy pecking
Take healthy snacks between meals: 1 handful of raw nuts, raw carrots, celery, a piece of fruit like a banana will keep you satiety ready.
+Take two dairy products a day
They are not essential foods, it is one more option. If you take them, avoid light, superlight and megalight format. For that we already have water that is free, does not give us calories and does not satisfy us, it takes away our thirst and in some cases it can even deceive our stomach. Take natural dairy products with no additives other than pasteurized milk and lactic ferments. Natural yogurt or whipped fresh cheese are two good options to include.
+Consume fewer processed products
Foods with hidden sugar, hydrogenated fats, additives… They are considered processed suitable: Legumes cooked in boat, some vegetables in a boat, corn in a can, canned fish … Look carefully at the ingredients, they should only carry water, salt and if anything any antioxidant or canned with olive or natural oil.
+Avoid fruit juices, even zero soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
This will be your first great detox of the year: Drink water. Add to your jar a few slices of lemon, some mint leaves… It won’t clean you inside, but it helps you drink more and give flavor!

To get used to the taste, reduce the dose little by little.

Without effort there is no reward. No one said it was easy, but if you want to get in line, you have to sweat your jersey . This will be your second best detox after excesses. Sweat is one of the systems that our body has to eliminate toxins, let’s eliminate toxins by moving! Increasing muscle mass accelerates our metabolism and spends more calories at rest. This is a calorie burner.
Starting the day with the goal of being better than the previous one is a great goal to achieve. You just need to believe, want and act. Because you can!
