If you want to make a delicious pumpkin smoothie for breakfast in the morning, take note of the following ingredients that you will need: 150 grams of ice, 500 milliliters of oat milk, 175 grams of diced pumpkin, a banana, four dates, a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of ginger powder. Add all the ingredients in the mixer and beat until you get the shake. You can take it immediately to take advantage of all the nutrients or reserve it in the fridge for a couple of days at most.
+Porridge. Take note of the ingredients you will need to make these porridge: 250 milliliters of oat milk, 3 tablespoons of oat flakes, 2 dates, 3 nuts, 3 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon of agave syrup and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Take a saucepan and bring the milk to a boil. Then add the oatmeal and let cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the mixture to a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and you can enjoy a wonderful vegetarian breakfast.
